After many months of deep friendship, we went to prom together! This was the spark that ignited the roaring flame of our love.

After prom, our feelings for each other grew until we couldn't stand being apart any longer. On this day, we became a couple!

After an amazing day at the Blueberry Festival and a live performance of Sweeney Todd, we said 'I love you' to each other for the first time. Since then we've said it again and again a hundred thousand times, and will never stop saying it.

Cupid's arrow struck our hearts on our first Valentine's day together, forever keeping our heartbeats in rhythm.

Our first anniversary together!! Every year we have looked back on how we've grown and changed together, remembering why we choose each other every day since. We had a wonderful time slamming breadsticks at Olive Garden and seeing a drive-in movie!

We had our first apartment together confirmed on this day!! Living with each other has been nothing but lovely, being able to see each other when we first wake up and see each other right before we go to bed each night has been more magical than we could have ever imagined.

On Christmas Eve in NYC we got engaged!! To promise our lives to each other was the best decision we've ever made.

After Darcy's graduation from UMaine, we said goodbye to our life in Maine, and hello to our new lives in North Carolina! Through 16 hours of sweaty highway miles and ornery animals, we arrived to our sweet, new beginnings in NC.

Our first Renaissance Faire together!! The beginning of an era filled with whimsy, fine clothing, and scotch eggs.

We still can't believe it, but we closed on our very first home!! Homeownership together has been a magical experience, to be able to completely transform and change our space in our vision has given us a place we can truly feel at home.

Not only was this our 9 year anniversary, but also the day we became married!! To see each other in such gorgeous attire, and to celebrate and reflect on 9 years of love, change, and magic was transformative and life-changing.
